L&M Construction Chemicals. PermaShine™. This international manufacturer of construction chemicals developed a new process for creating a permanent, low-maintenance shine to concrete floors. They asked us to introduce their new process to architects, engineers, contractors, maintenance managers and building owners. McCarthy developed a brand name that tells the whole story in one easy to understand word-PermaShine. We followed the name with a "signature" photo that is carried in all of their advertising.
